SESSION PRICES include your consultation, time  and talent of the photographer at the scheduled session, a downloadable, edited, high resolution gallery of images. Payment is due at the conclusion of your session. Cash, Check, Venmo or Zelle are accepted.

ONLINE DOWNLOADABLE GALLERY will remain active for one month from the date it is posted, after which it is archived and cannot be viewed, shared, or downloaded.  Galleries can be re-posted for a $40 fee per gallery upon request at a later date.

NUMBER OF IMAGES All photo sessions include a personal custom gallery of approximately 40-50 downloadable, fully edited mages in high resolution.
Parties will yield approximately 80 edited high resolution images per hour of party time.

EDITING: Basic edits such as color correction, exposure adjustments, and correcting small flaws or blemishes are included in your final images. More complex edits will be priced for you at an additional charge. (ie head changes, removing background people or objects, teeth whitening. body sculpting, etc.)

$100 BOOKING FEE is required and is applied toward your upcoming session.  The non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date and can be paid through Venmo, Zelle or Cash, Check.

POSTPONEMENT: In the event of postponement to a later date with a one-month period, the booking fee will still apply toward your photo session. In the event of cancellation of session, the booking fee is forfeited. No forfeiture for weather or natural disaster postponements.

PHOTO PRODUCTS: Your Baby My Camera provides all full service  professional printing for all types of products.  A partial list of print products, photo books and albums, canvases, metal, acrylic prints below. An typical investment for a family session plus wall art/album is about $1500.

PHOTO STORE: A convenient Photo Store link can be found by clicking any shopping cart on your Gallery Website.  You, your family or friends may easily order professionally printed photo products. If preferred, the photographer can take your custom order for you. Photos, wall art, albums and books are hand delivered to your home upon completion.

DESIGN & INSTALLATION: When you have decided upon the photographs you'd like to hang as wall art, I come to your home or place of business and make a photograph of the space with measurements. You will then be able to view an image of how your art will look in place and determine the best sizes and layout for the walls.  A professional art installer is available at an hourly rate and is recommended for the more complex arrangements.

USB FLASH DRIVE:  Your high resolution images on a Custom Acrylic Handled Photo USB flash drive is available for an additional cost in the STORE.

PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE:  Client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Photographer's portfolio and is requesting photographic services with knowledge of photographer's style; that Photographer's work is constantly evolving; that Photographer's services are of unique and artistic nature; that in creating the photos the Photographer shall use her personal artistic judgment to create images consistent with her artistic vision, which vision may be different from the Client or Subject's vision. Accordingly Client acknowledges that the Photos may not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or esthetic criteria.

ADDITIONAL FEES:  Any additional permits, parking or entry fees are paid by Client. 

Travel fees for in town locations (Los Angeles County) beyond 25 miles from Woodland Hills are calculated on a round-trip mileage basis @ $.58 per mile. 

Travel fees for out of town locations:  $60 per hour for round trip drive time based on Google map time estimates to your location

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

All packages include pre-event consultations to discuss your expectations either by phone or in person.  During this meeting, you'll share with me the contact info for your officiant, event planner, other vendors, names of your close family members, color schemes, number of guests and all that is most important to you on this special day. 

It's important to me to have a good sense of your venue so whenever possible I plan a visit at the same time of day as your planned event. If not, I will do make certain I've done my research to find as many visuals through the venue website and my go to reference - Google Image.

At our consultation, we will discuss the three packages and you can decide what best meets your family's needs.  We'll fill out the details of your event  with a copy for each of us to reference.  If you need vendor referrals from balloons to catering, I can supply contact information for you also.

You'll also receive a contract with the payment options. Once signed with your deposit, that full date is held exclusively for you. Full payment is expected within two weeks of your event.
